Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sufi Scents, our alcohol-free attars are selected with care so they bring peace and serenity to your daily rituals and prayers. We want you to love every bottle. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

What Can Be Returned To be eligible for a return:

The attar must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Important Note on Attars Due to hygiene and safety reasons (our attars are concentrated perfume oils designed to be applied directly to the skin), we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or used bottles. This is standard for all fragrance and personal care products.

Defective or Damaged Items If your attar arrives damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return

Use the contact form within 14 days with your order number and reason.
We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible (defective items only).
Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable return shipping fees (where customer-paid).

Cancellations You may cancel your order before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the policy above.
