These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sufi Scents website (sufiscents.uk) and all purchases made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us Sufi Scents is a UK-based online retailer of premium alcohol-free attars. For any inquiries, please use our Contact Us form on the website.

2. Orders and Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Once your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and subject to carrier performance. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with Sufi Scents until full payment is received.

5. Product Information Our attars are concentrated perfume oils for external use only. Although our attars have been tried and tested by thousands of people worldwide, individual skin types can vary and allergic reactions are possible in certain cases. To be safe, we strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use. Results may vary by skin type and environment. All descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. Actual scent may differ slightly due to natural variations in ingredients.

6. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary, unopened and unused attars may be returned within 14 days. Opened bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website (text, images, logos, product names) is the property of Sufi Scents or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sufi Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products you have purchased.

9. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to such processing.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date of last update.
