Shipping policy

At Sufi Scents, we aim to get your alcohol-free attars to you quickly and safely so they can bring peace and serenity to your daily rituals and prayers.

Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

UK Delivery We ship via Royal Mail (or the equivalent service offered by Shopify at checkout). Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your basket.

Typical delivery estimates (once dispatched):

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
• Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days

Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are shown clearly at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and the delivery option selected. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount from time to time — this will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping At present we ship only within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK, please use our Contact Us form to enquire about possible future options.

Delays or Lost Packages While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates only and can occasionally be affected by Royal Mail or other carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us via the Contact Us form with your order number so we can investigate.
